Dont bother if you want to grow your business

Me and my wife contacted the bank to arrange a meeting with the business manager to see where we could use our businesses money better to get a good return on it instead of it just lying in our account. We wanted to look at further investments, buying other businesses, etc.

Phoning the bank was useless and nobody ever contacted us back, so after repeated attempts we rather went online, found a link we could use to have one of their consultants phone us back. TWO WEEKS LATER our local branch manager phoned us back and setup an appointment for two weeks after that date... So it took the bank over a month to show interest in the fact we wanted them to help us invest our money... we decided we could wait the 2 weeks and started a list of questions we wanted to ask.

2 Weeks later we dutifully went to the local bank branch at 9 am on a Saturday... arrived to nobody knowing about our appointment, the local manager was not on site, the person we were supposed to meet was not there... waited for 30 min while the staff member who was manning the greetings counter tried to contact anyone that could help us. After about 3 or 4 failed attempts from him with nobody any closer to helping us we decided to rather leave and asked that someone please contact us to reschedule. So far still no feedback...

We have had our account with FNB for almost a decade, and while we don't deal in millions we have a growing business and was hoping our bank could help us expand and guide us to become more... but as it stands all I can say is they are quick to want to offer us more automated services that we have to pay for but when it comes to them actually showing interest in us as clients and helping us grow they honestly could not care less.

Completely unprofessional, uncaring and feel like they could not be bothered with our "small" business. I am honestly looking at moving the entire account to a bank that actually wants to help us grow.
