Dont bother having a business account with FNB. ITS A NIGHTMARE!

Having the worst experience ever trying to get FNB to actually activate my FNB Gold Business Account. Its worse than a nightmare honestly.

I currently have a FNB Zero Business Account and earlier last week was pre-approved for the FNB Gold Business Account option which I took up. I was told a consultant will call me to activate this. Never happened.

I then had to complain on the private suite messaging service on the app for someone to actually call me, and when they did latter part of last week they said they will call me in 10mins to convert my account and guess what? Never happened yet again.

Yesterday I sat almost all morning asking for someone to assist on the private suite messaging service again and got hit with technical errors on the chat. I asked my private banker he said he cant assist anything business related I need to ask my business manager apparently, which I was never told about or even assigned to. Honestly on my way out of FNB with all this nonsense.
