Don't bother going to Alberton City Shopping Centre Fnb

Let me start by making sure this post reaches as many platforms as possible.Fnb Alberton City is absolutely pathetic, there are certain staff members who know sweet nothing about the jobs they're apparently doing. I went into the bank during my lunch to fix some unauthorised transactions, I sat there for almost an hour and a half and ended up leaving with no help and not another person willing to assist, the consultant refused to call his manager and called the gold suite and people at the call centre were just as unhelpful as he was and unwilling at that. Fnb is such a huge bank and this is the service you provide, Iv waited weeks with no feedback on a ***** query on my account.... Nothing, zilch to date.... Are you waiting for a disaster to do something. No one knows any processes at the call centre, nor does the consultant I was sent to at Alberton City,he said i would get feedback, nothing, but then again so did the consultant before him. No one knows how to handle such queries from a customer? Is it the first a customer ever came with such. The service was *******, the query assistant was even worse. The blind leading the blind. This branch seriously needs to be worked on I wouldn't suggest Alberton City FNB for your banking it's jist time consuming and annoying going there!!!!
