Dont book tickets with Ebucks Travel

Had the worst experience when booking my ticket with Ebucks Travel. I had booked my ticket to USA for 3 weeks holiday online with problems at all. When I accessed my confirmation of the booking the ticket showed I had booked an Economy Lite ticket with no checked in baggage . I then called Ebucks travel and was told it was an IT issue and will be sorted..I wanted my ticket changed to show Economy as I was travelling abroad and this was going to be a problem.. I was assured that all was ok. I had problems checking in online and had to call in again...I had problems at the airport as I had to check in bags and pay for it..Ebucks assured me they would tranfer the amount for the checked-in bag immediately...Again this took 48 hours before the money was in my account. I was travelling with my sister and newphew and could not have my seats changed as the tickets were Economy Lite..Also my sister and nephew purchased tickets on same flight to USA via Virgin Atlantic for R2000 cheaper. Dont book travel with Ebucks ..FNB should stick to banking not travel.
