dont be fooled by their adverts

After listening to their convincing adverts I decided I’m going to switch to FNB, I completed the form on their website and no one called me for a month I then went in to the branch where I was assisted by a friendly consultant named Scelo. He then asked me to bring my bank statement when I’m fetching my card so that he can help me switch my salary and debit orders.
After a week when I was going to fetch my card I took my statement with, Scelo was busy assisting another client and I was assisted by a lady ( I didn’t get her name but I’m sure Scelo can give us her name as she confronted him in front of his client and myself) she first gave me the wrong card and refuse to help me with the process of switching salary and debit orders, she said I must go give it to the person who asked me to bring the bank statement. I then informed Scelo and he said I must leave the documents with him he will complete them once he is done with his client. If Scelo can complete this transaction I’m sure every consultant can, I don’t understand why this lady gave me such an attitude towards this. she must just keep in mind that if my debit orders are not switch I’m sure not paying the bank charges.

FNB need more of Scelo not people who have bad attitude towards their jobs.
