Don't be fooled by FNB replying to complaints - It's all false promises!

Following my previous review, FNB has made no attempt to contact me and after four days (for an apparent "high priority" complaint, they just sent and email and said they tried to contact me (I want proof?) and that I should contact them myself, which I have done twice without avail!

The debicheck mandate that has been suspended for month now has gone off again I am paying fees again for this.

Don't be fooled by the "company has rep****" ****, they reply the same generic thing and don't actually assist in sorting out issues. It is all for people to think they actually care but they don't - The replies consist of false promises to assist.
