Don't bank with these *******

I run my own business registered with cipc. One of my customers reported my account as there was a delay with delivery. I have liased with customer and advised of the delay and proceeds are form my own business. FNB froze my account and also cancelled my debit card.

I am now fighting with FNB for the funds in my account to be transfered to my new account. I sent all documents needed to *** for my source of funds.

I sent my new accounts details as well for the transfer and no one replies. I am at my wits as this is my money I worked for and fnb has ****** it.

The person I spoke to is Mitchelene Louw from ***** department who is dealing with it.

Please pay my money I would never do business with this bank again.
