DON’T BANK WITH FNB, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!
On the 2nd October, I got an unauthorized debit order of R348 and I immediately contacted the bankers and I was told nothing could be done about it and this morning, another amount went off of my account and again, no assistance was offered. My concern is, if anyone has free reign off of my account and can just take money, why should I keep banking with FNB? I am closing my account today and moving to Nedbank, they can keep the money, it’s a donation.

Unlike all the people who I previously spoke to, she was the only one who asked the right questions, listen to my query and actually went out of her way to ensure the debit orders were stopped and reversed. Thank you Bonolo from Client resolution am thank you Kenneth from the debit order department.
