Don't bank with FNB private weath pathetic.

Upgraded to the so called elite top tier at FNB and it's been a disaster from beginning to end. The dont call you when they shoukd. The call centre are not trained to deal with an upset client they just put the phone down in you. You upset about the pathetic service delivery but it's your fault not theirs. You get an apology but no resolution to your problem. They don't clients that have been with them for more than 40 years seriously.
