DONT BANK WITH FNB

While traveling to Greece my moms cell phone got ******, on her cell phone had her banking app , passwords as well as virtual cards. Needless to say we were totally panicked.

1. FNB call center when calling from Athens to SA put us on hold initially for 35 min 2. We than got hold of a family member which called FNb to block the app, the consultant told us to call a number. Which we did and we never got through to. 3. The entire account, banking app was blocked which left us stranded with no access to cash in Athens. 4. Finally got on to my app and tried to chat to 3 consultants and it kept saying your chat has been cancelled. 5. Finally got hold of someone at the bank for them to put us on hold for 40 min
