Don't argue with me because you don't want to help me

I get it... no one wants to help while there is a massive Covid outbreak. But I wouldn't be at the branch if I didn't absolutely HAVE to be. To argue with me about what I need, after I've explained to your staff what I need is not acceptable. How about rather teaching you your staff that 1.8m is a safe distance, and rather get people in and out of the branch instead of aguing about it. FNB Durbanville
