Done with FNB. Worst service ever.

Don't even know where to start. I'm looking for an interim statement. I spoke to Phalane, Masekela ********** who sent me a Transaction history. This is useless to me, and I can easily get this online. I agreed to pay R28 for an interim statement. I was charged R216 for a transaction history. His email literally says: Please find attached TRANSACTION HISTORY. Which is NOT WHAT I REQUESTED. YET THE STATEMENT READS: INTERIM STATEMENT CHARGE - R216. I phoned my private banker, her phone was off. I phoned the private clients contact centre to be told there is no such thing as a interim statement. Yet its been done for me before? Phoned again Sunday morning, and I get told that I need to go to an ATM to get statements. Drove all the way to the shopping centre - only to find that the only place I can print statements is the online banking machine available - which gives me the exact same options I had from the comfort of my own home. Just spoke to someone on the secure chat option, I get told she cant help me I need to go into the branch. I request to downgrade from Private clients to Gold Cheque as I am receiving worse service as a private client than I would as a standard customer - and then I get asked why. I get asked to reconsider. I have to sign documents to downgrade. Did I have to sign documents to upgrade? NO. But downgrading is made difficult. I want someone to generate and send me an interim statement from 16 January 2019 to date, I want the R216 reversed as I refuse to pay this for a 2 page transaction history, and I want my accounts downgraded. I need this done ASAP, not within 5 hours. I've been trying to get this since Friday morning already. I am moving over to Nedbank - and FNB is literally holding me hostage by refusing to provide me with my statements. My Statement runs from the 16th to the 16th, today is the 18th, my latest statement till February 16th is not available - apparently I have to wait till month end for this? Makes no sense. Can someone that knows what they're doing contact me urgently.
