Done with FNB!!!!

I am so disappointed in FNB. After my card was ****** I stoped/blocked my account, only to see the next morning that someone is STILL using it. I've been waiting, calling, complaining but nothing is resolved!!!!! Almost R10 000 out of my account putting my account in a minus...but still the ***** department is unavailable...trying to get through for 4 days now day and night with no answers or even a call from them to give feedback.
