Done with FNB

This is the second and last time I will never ever deal with FNB again. First time was almost 10 years ago with my business account where I followed procedure to the letter and sold two cars which were paid for via credit card(master card) verified both and check ed everything as required and when I asked why the cash was not in my account yet.... I was told it was **********.

This time I made a deposit of 3.9k into my wife's account last"night via the atm, BTW the atm Alphanumeric keys don't work at all @ Greenfield's, East London deposit machine for over two months still! Despite reporting said to branch staff. At the end of making the cash deposit the machine was unable to print my proof of payment.... And guess what no payment went through.... And I am told I have no proof of a deposit being made, why does the computer not say unable to print before allowing the transaction to go through!!!
