On Friday I was told that my personal loan was approved to get covered by insurance as I have been retrenched then this morning I get calls and emails from attorneys stating I have been handed over. After numerous calls I finally get through to someone to be told the loan cover has been declined. I have been a loyal Fnb client for so many years and this is how Fnb treat their clients during the most trying time of their lives.
