Don't take the FNB Sim

One of the FNB Mobile consultants kept on insisting that we take out a FNB sim on my comapnies number. After a long discussion of my manager keep on saying no the consultant managed to convince him. For three weeks my sim for my companie was out of order. I could not receive any phone calls from my clients or call out to followup on the payments my clients should do. Eventually we managed to get our sim card back to Vodacom and now all of the sudden the sim is deactivated. My Business bank account is in arrears now due to the fact that I could not do business for three weeks. FNB now wants to know when am I going to fix the account amount, but when I bring this up to their attantion they just pull their shoulders up and say it not their problem or fault. Don't trust FNB or FNB Mobile.
