Don't promise if you cannot deliver

Dear FNB. I am utterly disgusted in the service of your Lifestyle branch Centurion. I app**** for a smart ID and Passport and had an appointment for 11:00 today. When I got there I was told to just wait and fall in the line. If I wanted to ****** wait I would have gone to the department of home affairs. The line was so long that they didn't even have enough chairs for the people to sit. Why have an appointment system in place if you cannot honor this? I could not wait as I have a tight schedule. Utterly disgusted in the unprofessional manner in which your consultant handled the situation. How are we going to resolve this?
