Don't Move to FNB Connect

I signed up with FNB having been told it was easy to port my number. The new sim card arrived but I was unable to port my number from Voadcom. FNB has sent me an invoice for over R1000 for 2 months usage even though the SIM was never in use.

Moving to FNB Connect is not as easy as it seems.
