Don't know what the're doing

I received a call from FNB in Feb advising that I qualify for a discount if I decide to settle my loan that I have with them. I agreed to this and we came to the arrangement that I will settle.

I asked them when I will receive a paid up after settling and they advised that I will receive it as soon as the payments reflect.

The account is now settled and after having phoned a few times, I am now told that I need to wait 45 working days to receive a paid letter. This was not the agreement. The consultant I spoke to sounded very unsure of what she was saying and sounded like she had no clue what was happening.

Please give the clients correct infomation right from the start, don't lie to us and then expect us to be ok with it. I am really upset with what is currently happening with this account.
