Don't join Private Clients

I recently joined Private Clients. What a mistake. I have never experienced such poor service. Private Clients, to me is supposed to be a service that makes you feel special, this is not the case. Calls are never answered, my Private Banker is never available and when she does get back to me I have already sorted it out by myself. What makes it worse is that i recently app**** for a home loan and after the run around FNB came back with an approval of 97% @ an interest rate of 11.5%. Standard Bank whom Ive never had dealings with approved 100% at a rate of 10.5%. Standard did it in 3 days, FNB took a week and a half. PATHETIC! Being a Private Client makes does not make me feel special or elite. They make me realise that Im just a number in a system, like absolute trash. I am so disappointed. I don't know why I even bothering with this, its not like FNB cares. Private Clients is just another way to charge you more for a service you could have got somewhere else or in a queue in a branch.
