Don't care attitude

On Tuesday 31 January 2017 I transferred money from a Fnb to a Fnb account. As it was close to 20h00 the payment was blocked.

I called in to Private Suite as it was made from a Private Wealth account, got to Katlego, he said he sent a email to get the funds released and it would be available to the person I had transferred to within 30 min.

After an hour of waiting, I called in again, only to be told that department closes at 21h00 and the funds would not be released untol tomorrow.

If I wanted the funds to be in the recepients account tomorrow, I would of transferred tomorrow. Does it not register with people, that if you send money, another person is aware and waiting for it on the other side ?????????

I then got put through to Thembi Nkosi, and what usless service. This is supposed to be the private wealth suite, I beg to differ.

He wasnt prepared to asssit at all, had a fat conversation with his collegue which Ii could hear. Hhe claimed to have called his manager Mr Caswill Koert which also said "sorry nothing they can do"

Now this is the way you treat your clients!!!!!!!!!

Sorry nothing you can do !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thembi Nnkosi wasnt worried at all when I told him I would be on social media this evening expressing the poor service. He absolutely did not care. Couldnt be bothered.

I will lodge this complaint on all social media platforms, I want people to see what FNB does to clients. How FNB and the staff have no concern for what a client needs.

Thanks for nothing. I used a different bank and made another transfer of R10 000 to the person.

Once again, usless service, thanks for all you assistance to sort out my problem that you caused !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
