Doing an ITC check without my permission

got a call from call from FNB telesales ***) at 11:26.<br> <br> offered me platinum cheque and credit card and i declined, all of a sudden i get an alert that they have done a ITC check on my profile ?<br> <br> you guys should really be reported to the ombudsman for this
