Doesn't respond to complaints and ignores customer's wishes.

Still forced to activate GPS to make payments. This is despite multiple complaints. What's worse is the complaints are 'referred' and then nothing happens or I get an email that 'explains' that GPS makes payments safer (which it does not, in fact, it violates privacy)
