Does your bank lie to you ? FNB does. Move to Capitec

I have a fusion account. And according to the app I do not qualify for a savings account. After using the chat service I was told to update my address, I sent the contract extension because I am renting. Then they asked for a copy of my ID. The savings account will be open in 48 hours most. I days later I receive a call that they want a rental agreement no older than 3 months. Which I don’t have. So I sent my original contract, a water account, contract extension and ID asking if it is good enough to open a savings account or if I should take my business elsewhere. It has been 3 days again and obviously clients aren’t valued here. From everyone I spoke to Capitec seems to value clients alot more. And it’s zero costs. .
