Does the customer come first FNB ?

I tried to withdraw money from the FNB ATM in Melville 10 days ago. Unbeknown to me there was a ******** lurking in the shadows who had tampered with the machine minutes before. When I tried drawing money my card got stuck and this ******** snatched my card. He withdrew funds from 2 further outlets, even going over my daily limit. I went to FNB and told them what had happened and they said they would investigate and get back to me. They have come back to me and said "pin compromised" FNB this is a ***** case and I really would expect you to refund me the money - there is no security @ the ATM - not even a camera. The shopkeeper next door says there are @ least 4 cases a week which involve some sort of a ****. I have been a loyal client of FNB since 2010 - I really expect FNB to look after their customers and I expect you to relook @ the case. I have video footage of the ******** withdrawing my hard earned funds.
