Does not Help you set up your business acount

I have opened a business account with FNB in September 2017. From the outset it has been an absolute nightmare. The documents took weeks to get verified. Now I need to set up the enterprise banking option. Which I requested in the last week of Jan 2018. After a week no one contacted me. On 3 Feb 2018 I called in and requested the enterprise to be set up (I have a reference number on hand) I was told I will be contacted in 5 working days. Nazrana Basha has just contacted (16/2/2018) me 2 weeks later to tell me it can only be done Monday to Thursday and will take 2 hours. My partner and I are not available Monday to Friday during working hours. I don't understand why this can not be done on a Saturday when banks are opened. The documents can be sent through to JHB on Monday if that's a problem.

When I complain to your consultants the first question is "Did you do it online? Oh That's why" If your online system is not adequately designed to perform these tasks then don't offer these services online. Your staff excuse should not be "you should have come into the branch."

This bank account set up has been a terrible experience right from the get go. I would like to close this account as soon as possible so I can proceed with a more efficient bank.
