Does not help you have a banker 24/7 but can never reach your banker

So I just want too tell you it is useless to be with FNB Private Wealth I have a banker in Stellenbosch Branch. I am currently overseas and I cant transfer money to my global account and my Banker could be available to me 24/7 but I cant reach my banker over a weekend or outside business hours. What is the point of having a banker on call 24/7 but you can never reach your banker. It looks like I maybe need to find a new bank like Investec maybe I will get a better Banker there.
