DOES NOT CLOSE ACCOUNTS

I had an FNB personal loan account with FNB. On the 25th May 2015 was my last instalment of R922, which was debited from my bank. The next day i recieved an SMS stating that R799 was paid to the account, which was not the case because it clearly shows that R922 was debited from my account. When i called FNB to query if the account is closed they said, if i wanted it closed i need to first get a settlment before the debit then it will be closed. What happened to my contract stating that this will be closed with my last instalment?? In January i also was told that i will not be debited and given a break in my instalments because of my good record. who asked you for this. is this a tactic of yours to keep people indebted to you for as long as possible.
Why did i need to pay a further R125 in order to close the account. All these years there was no issues with my instalments or debits but for the last instament i am getting ******** stories. My bank records clearly shows that R922 was debited and your call centre cannot give me any answers. kindly assist to resolve this and refund me.
