Does not care about their customers especially the one affected by #covid19

One would actually thing FNB cares about their customers especially at this crucial time where we need them the most but they actually amend their company policy to actual work against their customers. I have been with FNB for over 6 years now and I they cannot assist their customer at a time of need regarding disputing a debit order. I am facing eviction from my place which will see me homeless but the consultant by the name of Kopano Sebothoma who also had a nerve of ending a chat on me while I was still chatting to them told me he/she cannot assist me because of the their new #Covid19 rules.
