Does Legal Department even exist?

Your Legal Department must be a figment of the imagination. In last 2 days I have spent more than 2 hours in a FNB branch, holding on the phone for just more than an hour and spent approximately R80 on airtime but still all the consultants are busy. And I am trying to resolve a credit card debt which I know nothing about. I settled my credit card on 21 August 2017 but Symmington and De Kock says I owe on a credit card. Would someone be curteous enough to phone me. Or is the "no reply" a ploy to get judgements because the client did "not bother" to communicate with Legal? Shocking that the phones are engaged for so long. I expect FNB to at least reimburse my airtime. I will invoice you for the time I had to cease working to attend to this
