Does it really take TWO Hellopeter reviews to get the issue resolved?

Update: This review was logged on Hellopeter on 20/05/2021. I was contacted by Mamello Sebofi on the morning of 21/05/2021 (I was super impressed!) saying the account needs to be written off, and I will be supp**** a paid up letter, and their systems will be updated. I have requested feedback since and now I am ignored..... Original complaint logged on 20/05/2021: I was Sequestrated in 2017 and then Rehabilitated on 2021/03/18. My debt with FNB was included in my Sequestration & Rehabilitation. Every time I have my credit record with the various bureaus' updated and cleared, FNB keeps on putting the debt back, although it, by law, must be written off. I cannot keep on doing this monthly. I have already gone through the agony of losing everything and now, years later, FNB keeps on updating credit bureaus monthly with out of date info. The account must be updated as closed and it must be zeroed, by law. Please can your system be updated and then the bureaus. I cannot go on like this.
