Does FNB still exist?

Does FNB still exist? Can anybody please tell me if FNB has closed all business in South Africa? I need to speak to a FNB agent urgently about possible ********** activities on my bank account. I have now been waiting for 90 minutes for somebody from FNB to answer my phone call. House to let. Nobody answers. Nobody cares to help customers. I listen to awful music and a voice telling me to hang on for another hour. FNB DOES NOT CARE FNB IS THE WORST CHOICE OF BANK IN SA. SHAME ON YOU FNB.
