Does FNB prefer bond oriniators?

I app**** for a home loan (multiple purchasers) but there was an issue with on of the credit ratings. We resolved this on the 11th January, and sent through proof for to appeal the application.

However, the agent is on leave, and their stand in has not responded. It seems like it would have been easier to go with an originator. Please can someone help
