DOES "FNB" PERHAPS STAND FOR "FRANKLY, NOT BOTHERED!" ?

I haven't heard FNB's slogan "HOW CAN WE HELP YOU ?" for some time and think I know why......they'd rather not be bothered! I've used a FNB credit card for decades and always paid in full, on time, without fail each and every month. A problem occurred almost a week ago which caused me to email FNB's Head Office requesting urgent attention but, so far, nil response. A follow-up approach to the CEO has also been ignored. IS 'FNB' NEWSPEAK CODE FOR 'FRANKLY, NOT BOTHERED!' ?
