Does FNB not want my business

<p>I am a Premium Banker with FNB, my cheque account was in minus. Two debit orders went off for R 8.50 and I was charge R 75.00 per debit. What the hell FNB? Do you not want my business? I spend atleast R 300.00 on service fee a month! I can not afford to pay R 150.00 for a **** R 17.00 that was debited off my account for toll road fees. If you do your job proberly and take of the R 8.50 as soon as I swipe than stuff like this won't happen.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please advise if I should move over to standard bank or absa or nedbank? Or are you idiots going to reverse these charges. I am highly ****ed of and opening a new bank account is not imposible. Advise!</p>
