Does FNB Life actually exist???

Early July 2018 accepted a Debt protection policy telephonically. +\- 23 July 2018, I contacted FNB Life via website as no documentation was received and told them I did not want the policy. 31 July 2018 i was informed that there was no plan reflecting on my ID no. I have been debited on a monthly basis since then for the policy. I accept my error in not picking it up sooner. I cancelled the policy AGAIN in May 2019 & receive confirmation of cancellation, only to find that I am STILL being debited. Emailed on 1 Aug, sent 1st reminder 12 Aug, 2nd reminder 20 Aug, and other than read receipts I have heard NOTHING!!!!!
