Does Fnb know what they r doing on this Covid Relief Fund

Fnb covid relief fund was approved in may n still they continued to debit me n later refunded the money. To my surprise the relief account which was opened in May is no longer showing on my profile n my accounts e not paid. Theres a lot of confusion here n interest is charged to the customer
