Does FNB know what feedback is?

What is the point of logging a query and receiving a reference number, calling to follow up, only to be told 3 days later to log a query? I've already done that but nobody comes back to me. I waist my airtime, to follow-up but still no one has answers. What must I do to get a feedback from FNB? This is totally unacceptable
