Does Customer Service Exist in the Private Wealth Team?

Hi FNB team, Hope you're keeping well. Can anyone put me in touch with the FNB Private Wealth Team? My emails go answered, my private banker is never available? What's the point in offering this service, paying for it and receiving such utterly abhorrent service?

I still don't have my credit card statements that I requested and was promised yesterday? They still do not appear on my online banking or app, another epic fail.

I'm seriously at a loss for words here? What does a person have to do to receive actual customer service from FNB?
