Does anyone know what they are doing at FNB?

FNB has REALLY become a terrible bank lately hey?! I closed my Credit card last month by paying the FULL amount that they said I owe... Then waited a few days as instructed to have it closed.... Being sent from pillar to post, the one consultant says I must first withdraw the R500 and odd rands from the account to have it closed and it would have happened this past Monday the 8th of August...

Today I follow-up to find out WHY it has not been closed... ONLY to find out that I now owe ANOTHER R300 and odd rand... WHY???? There was enough money in the first place and WHY did I have to take it from the account...

THIS BETTER BE resolved because you are *****ing my money.

I am getting fed up with FNB. Bank costs are getting ridiculous.

I get the stupidest excuse that I cannot be transferred to a manager because staff is working from home. How do you keep your customers this long? Just loyal servants?
