Does anyone know what they are doing?

I have been trying to activate my business account with FNB for the passef two months, when i call in its as if no one knows what they are doing, i get transferred from one department to the next and after 15 minutes of waiting to be helped i get no where!. i called in this morning to check again why my business account has not been activated and the person i spoke to said its because the documents i sent through were not in PDF format yet they were!!! does anyone actually know what they are doing!? i am extremely disappointed and appalled at the service.
