Does anyone at FNB know what is going on

<p>I have been battling with FNB and FNB Insurance since Monday to add a debt protection policy in my name. My wife and I have a One Account in my wifes name and with me having full Power of Attorney on this account. Currently my wife has a policy with FNB No Cp ********** 65 , the stonewallers who answer the phone will not give me the full details on this policy despite me having poerw of attorney I have also tried for the last 2 days to get a similar policy in my name so that my wife may be protected in the event of my death or disability. I have been shunted from pillar to post with no resolve. If there is any intelligent life out there please contact me.</p>
