Does anyone actually still work at FNB????
And so the cycle continues? Is anyone actually still employed at FNB? does the complaints department that deal with Hellopeter complaints actually exist? More than a month that I have been trying to sort this out.... I have 3 different acknowledgements of my complaint, with 3 different turn around times... at this stage i dont think FNB know their **** from their elbows. if i read the complaints recently listed on this site it is evident that I am not the only one that thinks so?
What the hell are you doing then? I just cant anymore.... complaints have not worked..you hold for hours if and when you have time, or make time, i have even gone as far as to email every email address i could find... it is clear that FNB just dont care. I dont know when or where you lost it, but I can assure you I am not the only one that will be going elsewhere.... bad service is one thing... but no service..
I have lodged about 4 or 5 formal complaints over the course whilst attempting to resolve this issue. i have even emailed the email addy you have in your platonic acknowledgement... nothing. Not one phone call,

i am so sick and tired of FNB. Your service is absolutely horrible and none existing.
