***** campaigns at FNB
I was appalled by customer service today! Having spent the last hour on the phone my issue has still not been resolved. During August I received an SMS stating that if I switch to FNB they will reward me with R3000 in ebucks.
Having gone through the whole process of switching everything to the new account (part of this process is still ongoing) and patiently waiting I have not received any of the promised ebucks. I sent an email asking why the ebucks are still missing earlier this week and finally got a call this morning.
First the lady from premier banking said I needed to speak to ebucks and transferred me. The lady from ebucks then said that this was an FNB campaign and I have to clear it up with them. Now as far as this goes, this is already past the point where any customer should go. I then informed the lady that I'm not going to play support ping pong and that they need to sort it out between them. This led to waiting for almost an hour on the phone only to be told that neither ebucks/fnb knows anything about the campaign or the person that opened my account.
The person who opened the account confirmed the campaign. If no one knows this person, then I have to question the rules/regulations and security procedures at FNB! Where is the recording of the telephone call?
