Documents requested - CIPC CoR14.3

The bank requested a CoR14.3 certificate for my client (I am their accountant) who has a Gold Business Account. I have forwarded the certificate which reflects two director details as the certificate would display details as when company was incorporated. The other director had resigned so the details on the CIPC entity search would naturally only return the remaining director details. I have forwarded the disclosure certificate which showed the sole director details. My client also provided the CoR39 showing the director amendments effected, which were all rejected as the bank insisted they need a CoR14.3 only showing the one director. This was on 11/01/2023 while CIPC underwent major upgrades to their site & wasn't fully operational. I requested for the manager. instead I was able to speak to the branch supervisor who advised that they require the CoR14.3 & cannot assist my client. This is extremely disappointing for myself (I am an FNB client too) & my client who enjoyed good service until now where no effort was made to consult further with business banking or head office as to resolve the matter.
