DO YOUR RESEARCH WELL BEFORE JOINING FNB

Called FNB re commercial appl 4 petrol and crt crd for bussin yesterday,after sending application 4 above + 4 wks ago.Yet every day I get mail req appl form. Now, if I did not submit appl form, why am I getting daily mails then! I am further irritated by the fact that nobody bothered picking up the phone and call me? I had to phone. I am horrified at the fact that you insist that the repmts on the crt card p/mnth is compelled to be deducted by d/order at the end of that month.
