Do your job properly

At the end of February i received an sms informing me a new card has been ordered and will be delivered in a few weeks. When i opened this account i lived in Pretoria . i moved to KZN 3 years ago and had my address changed as well. i just got an sms to say this card was sent through to the branch i opened the account at. my card is going to expire this month someone needs to wake up and sort this out.
