Do your job properly

I cannot believe that l am still dealing with this problem in 2016 after all the numerous times l have tried to solve it. I even got a call from this Branch Manager assuring, me that now l could link my Bank Account to my Paypal profile. I comp**** by presenting myself at the Bank with my new permit and passport, copies were made and information captured only to be informed that l still cannot link my account to my paypal account because my details are not captured correctly. This is both shocking and disheartening as such a huge enterprise like FNB should be more organized and provide customers with the service that they require. It is highly ********* and unfair on me as the customer to make another trip to the bank to present information l have already provided. Employ people that are better trained and know what they are doing instead of making copies without capturing the correct information on the system where it really matters.I am so disappointed that FNB keeps treating its foreign clients unfairly but still deducts bank charges from the same people's account. Moreover l am a legal migrant and should be getting better treatment and value for my money. Sort this out asap!!!
