<p>Let me make this as simple as I possibly can. We cannot transact from the account, because:</p> <p> </p> <p>1. The only debit card linked to account is not active. It cannot be activated as it is not displayed/linked to the online banking profile. PLUS, at no point where we asked/contacted to get additional debit cards for whoever might need access to the account, so only one defective/non-working debit card.</p> <p>2. We cannot EFT because the only number linked to the profile is not receiving OTPs.</p> <p>3. We cannot create secondary users for two of directors, no OTP!</p> <p>4. Logging a query through the "contact us" page after logging in on online banking results in one response "we do not action any requests received via email " </p> <p>5. Phoning the business banking helpdesk results in a fruitless effort where they cannot help you if you do not follow their instructions like a blind mouse. I cannot verify that we are receiving OTPs as the director which personal phone is used for authentication is not available and I cannot setup secondary users to test with.</p> <p> </p> <p>The business banking capabilities of FNB is between zero and non-existent. There processes lack utter thought and planning.</p> <p> </p> <p>Here is a tip: A business is an entity managed by multiple individuals who all need access to the account, including debit cards and online banking profiles. Maybe this information should be asked upfront and actioned before the account is demmed active.</p> <p> </p> <p>So how can you help me?</p>
