Do you guys want me to go to another bank?

Good day,

Do you guys want me to go to another bank?

Perhaps this is a good question to start with, because so far you have mostly shown me that you can't handle simple requests:

1) Online application turned my into debt review - fixed
2) Magical lock of account - fixed
3) Credit limit upgrade - resulted in whole new back account type, fixed

Now still unresolved: where is my petrol card?

I've asked so many times for this but:
1) Not delivered
2) Many more credit cards is added to my account
3) One call is attempted to reach me, then never call again for delivery.

Now I ask you in all honesty: Do you want me as a client?

Because what more can I humanly possible do that I have not done before:
1) Angry - didn't help
2) Micro manage - didn't help
3) Keep cool - didn't help

I am now out of options and there seems to be only one option left of a few:
1) Try again
2) Legal recourse
3) Move banks

So this is now firmly in your hands before I take it further.

Regards,
Johan.

There seems to be a massive communication, s**** and taking responsibility gap in FNB and MrD.

Agreed action: MrD will not phone me, they will know what to do

Reality: MrD had no clue and asked me about the delivery

Agreed action: MrD will deliver my petrol card ending ******9026

Reality: MrD tried to deliver a credit card ending ******9036

Agreed action: FNB will removed credit card ending ******9036

Reality: MrD tried to deliver this card

Agreed action: FNB will removed petrol card ending ******9018

Reality: still waiting

Now let’s get down to taking responsibility with MrD:

Driver arrives and I double check the delivery.

It’s the wrong card and I then did not accept delivery.

Driver refuses to take responsibility citing he is only a driver and I'm now making things hard for him.

Driver refuses to take the card.

Driver leaves the office still refusing to take responsibility because he is only a driver.

Now FNB:

Guys how many times do I need to phone in to have you do three simple things here?

1. Deliver the petrol card.

2. Remove the extra petrol card.

3. Remove the extra credit card.
